GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING


The processing of a reservation through the website HOSTALROSELL.COM, implies the express acceptance by the customer of each and every one of the general conditions that are considered an integral part of the reservation and are completed with the specific applicable legislation.


PAYMENT POLICIES

The confirmation of your reservation will be effective at the time of payment.


Once your reservation has been requested, you will be sent a payment link for the amount of the reservation.


Refund in case of cancellation is subject to the cancellation policy of the establishment.


Each hour of late check-out has an associated penalty of 15€. The entire hotel, including the rooms, is non-smoking with a penalty of 50€.


CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in (13:00h midday on the day of arrival): no charge will be made by the hotel (1 October to 31 May).

If cancelled up to 15 days prior to check-in (13:00h noon on the day of arrival): no fee will be charged (1 June to 30 September).


If you cancel later, i.e. less than 7/15 days in advance (depending on the time of year), or if you do not show up: the hotel will charge the total amount due.


Special conditions for groups of 3 or more rooms.


To cancel your booking you can do so by sending an email to hostalrosell@gmail.com,indicando with your name and booking reference number, which is included in the booking confirmation email.


INCLUDED WITH THE BOOKING ARE

The services detailed according to the booking conditions stipulated by HOSTALROSELL.COM at the time of booking. V.A.T. included.


SCHEDULES

Check-out time is before 11:00 h. and check-in time is after 14:00 h.


RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT

When making a reservation, the client is fully and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all the information provided. In the event of incorrect information being verified, this could lead to the cancellation of the reservation.


Stag/hen parties are not allowed, and it is strictly forbidden to organise parties, with or without music, which may disturb the rest of the Hostal Rosell BoutIque customers. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate expulsion from the premises without reimbursement of the paid stay.


DEPOSIT FOR DAMAGES OR BREAKAGES:

On arrival at the establishment you may be required to pay, or block if by credit card accepted by the establishment, the amount of 50€ as a deposit for the payment of possible breakages and damages. In the event of damage or breakages, the cost of the same will be deducted from the amount blocked or paid. If there are no breakages or damages, the deposit will be returned if the payment has been made in cash or the blocking will be undone if a credit card has been used.
